Mr. David L. Hadley
Chief Executive Officer & Chairman
Mr. David L. Hadley is the founder of Global Medical Technologies, Inc, with over 45 years of experience in healthcare technology and design. He is an accomplished inventor and healthcare engineering consultant who successfully grew a small start-up company with an initial capital of just 3,000 dollars into being a wholly owned subsidiary of Century Pacific Financial Coporation that was listed as CYPC on the OTCBB exchange in 2002. GMT sold its shares of Century in 2006 just before the stock market collapse of 2008. GMT is currently a privately held corporation with over 415 shreholders, considerable IP, and no financial debts.
Mr. Hadley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology in the USA, is a Temos International Approved Consultant and a Certified Surveyor in Facility Management and Safety by the Central Board for the Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions in Saudi Arabia.
Taleb Ghanem

In addition to being a Temos International Approved Consultant for GMT, he is also on the Advisory Board, and a co-developer of the Dina-AI system.
Mr. Taleb Ghanem is an expert in patient informatics, and a senior healthcare professional with more than 24 years of experience in nursing, quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management. He has held leadership roles including Nursing Director, Clinical Services Director, Quality Manager, and Consultant, and is a recognized CBAHI Surveyor and SASO Senior Quality Ambassador. Taleb brings proven expertise in hospital commissioning, accreditation readiness, and healthcare process optimization, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellence in service delivery.

Dr. Hasan Alrajhi
Board Member – Technical Advisor for Healthcare & Shareholder
Dr. Alrajhi received his degree in medicine from King Abdul-Aziz University in 2003 and completed his training and board certification in Internal Medicine at King Fahd Hospital in Jeddah in 2009. He was Head of the Compliance Inspection Department in the Private Healthcare Sector Compliance Administration with the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia until 2019 and then became a Healthcare Business Consultant for several private healthcare organizations and recently started contributing to different projects for GMT.
Mr. Fareed Y. Al Khalawi
Advisory Board Member and Shareholder
Mr. Fareed Y. Al Khalawi is currently the Chairman of Gulf One Capital and a former CEO and Board Member of Saudi Amiantit JSC. With over 45 years of management experience in the corporate sector, he brings extensive expertise in business planning and strategy development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northrop University, Los Angeles, USA.
Abdulaziz Mohammed Ragaban
Vice President - International Business Adminstration
Abdulaziz Ragaban is a young, but well educated entreprenuer with first hand experience in internet sales and marketing, He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia in Washington DC, and has experience establishing and operating his own private business within Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Ragaban will be managing the contracts for sales and services that GMT has eatablsihed with its strategic partners in KSA. He is knowledgable on ISO 9001 standards, SASO Certification for Saudi Quality Control in Business, and has received numerous awards and certificates of appreciation for his work contributions.
He is (Fluent) in English and Arabic (Native) and lived in United States for many years while attending the Carson Long Military Academy, and the University at UDC
Ms. Fatima M. Hadley
Vice President – Media Relations & Marketing
Fatima M. Hadley. is a Mexican-American who has traveled and lived in many countries and brings a global perspective to the company. She is very well versed in social media relations which has been shaped by her upbringing in Mexico and her experience living in Saudi Arabia since 2015. She combines cross-cultural awareness, research skills, and communication expertise to lead Global Medical Technologies’ media relations and marketing strategies.
Fatima is fluent in English and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Arabic, and holds multiple certifications in psychology, coaching, holistic wellness and is in her final years of studying for her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Mr. Robert P. H. Hadley
Vice President of Investor Relations
Mr. Robert P. H. Hadley has extensive experience with file management and is perfectly suited to keep the shareholder files and property assets of the company secured and properly recorded.
Robert will be the keeper of securities files, project investments, and NFT Auctions. He specializes in managing the implementation of projects, and improving operational processes. His expertise spans SharePoint, Active Directory, PowerShell, DNS, Confluence, and Microsoft Office. Robert has held key roles with Early Warning (Zelle), SkyKick, and GoDaddy, where he developed knowledge bases, led training initiatives, and partnered with leadership to enhance technical operations. His expertise will help the company to grow under control.
Dr. Zaid Chowdhury

Dr. Zaid Chowdhury, Ph.D., PE, BCEE, is Garver’s Water Practice Leader with over 26 years of experience in water quality research and project management. In 2023, he was appointed Trustee of AWWA’s Water Science and Research Division, where he supports critical research to safeguard safe drinking water and advance sustainable solutions.
Dr, Chowdhury is considered one of the world’s leading experts on water quality and has lectured at universities throughout the world. We are truly fortunate to have him on our Advisory Board.
Dr. Arif Kazmi

Dr. Sahraoui Chaieb
